Can somebody please help me with ReaSnow S1?

I bought an S1 today and its saying "No ReaSnow device found" when i try to connect to the iPhone app.
I've watched multiple videos and cant seem to find a fix for it or find help anywhere, the light on the device is stable green also. if anybody can help i would appreciate it a lot. Thanks

Did you connect ReaSnow S1 to the PC while holding the button? If you did, reconnect without holding the button.
If you connect ReaSnow S1 to the PC without holding the button, open the firmware upgrade tool on PC, and reset the factory setting.
