my keys are being pressed for no apparent reason
« on: June 13, 2025, 02:19:04 PM »
my keys are being pressed for no apparent reason. About 2 weeks ago, while I was playing, the S1 just started pressing keys together. I use a Mad 60 He and I tried to configure the keys with a very low action rate to see if it was a missclicking and I was activating some FN options, but it keeps happening. I tried disabling all the keys through the keyboard software and leaving only the ones I use, and the problem continues. I changed to my old keyboard, a mechanical one this time and it's still like that. The problem didn't happen as soon as I changed the keyboard. I've had it for about 6 months and now the problems started. I tried to reset the S1 through the firmware application using a notebook, I changed versions, I even created new profiles, I disabled macros, and it still continues and I simply don't know what could be causing this. The keys that are being pressed are: LeftShift, LeftGUI, RightCtrl, RightAlt, RightGUI, F24 It's simply unbearable to play. Sometimes I'm just pressing WASD and this happens

1. Which version of firmware do you use?
2. Please record a screen capture of the IO monitor when the problem occurs.
3. Does the keyboard you are using have an option to restore factory settings? If so, have you tried using it?
