The firmware has been updated to the latest version (5.6.251), the C1 cable is also connected. I can log in for 15 minutes and log out of the game/lobby/shooting gallery every 2-3 minutes.
Earlier, I saw a discussion on the forum with the same problem, but all the recommendations from there have already been implemented, what could be the reason for leaving?

You've overlooked a crucial point: checking the C1 firmware version. If you're using an older model of the C1, or a newer model running an older firmware version, no matter what you do, it will result in the issue you described.

did I understand correctly that we are talking about a separate firmware for the c1 cable?
I bought it not so long ago right in the store, and in theory the firmware there should not be outdated if it's all because of the cable firmware, then please tell me where I can find information about it and how it can be updated.

The C1 you purchased at the store may be an earlier version.
