G27 Accelerator pedal not detecting

Hi All, I got a G27 wheel and was trying to connect it to my PS4 using cross hair. unfortunately all keys work except for accelerator pedal. I have tried every thing from changing usb slots to trying to map it in config mode..
please help.. and let me know if I'm missing any thing :( :(

Hi.. please find attached the screenshot of the details of crosshair.. accelerator pedal is still not working.. just an FYI.. brake and clutch works

 Can you check your accelerator pedal on pc or ps3?
 Make sure it can work properly.
