« on: March 19, 2020, 09:16:48 AM »
Hey Richard,
Thanks for this patched helped my sens soooooo much
I’ve had a problem since I’ve S1 with my sens Y and X and ads and all sens
I did not know where the problem came from.
it was not the same sensitivity it was when I aimed it slowed down and I couldn't move left or right
And
Today I did this patch and helped me a lot now it’s more smooth and no delay and I feel playing on pc
Can you keep this for the next patch too please
And yeah my sens feel more good now I’m gonna playing seriously now
This is right patch ?

hello, your video shows us the mouse control in Apex Legends.
it is definitely not the performance you should get with our converter.
there must be something wrong with your settings.

please check the followings step by step carefully:
1. game settings:
(restore all your settings in Apex Legends on Xbox One,
then change the followings)
Sensitivity=Insane(8)
Sensitivity(ADS)=Insane(8)
Response Curve=Classic (!!!)
Look Deadzone=Small

2. mouse settings:
6000DPI
500HZ USB report rate

3. Settings in ReaSnow S1
Add Apex Legends's preset config in ReaSnow S1,
do not change anything in it.

will need some more videos from you,
please show us you have followed every step in our previous guide.
1. game settings in Apex Legends
2. mouse settings
3. adding proper config in S1
4. moving the mouse with your hands and the screen of PS4

please record all these in 1 video,
so your issue can be solved more efficiently.

it's sure that if all these are set properly,
you shall not have a result as shown in your previous video.

hi guys, we love to help and provide decent support for you.

but if you do have trouble whiling using our product,
please provide a video to show that you have followed all steps correctly,
or we can't check all the details and provide efficient support for you.

complaints with no details will help no one.
recommending our competitor's product here will also help no one.
am I right? :)
