1.Which peripherals are connected to ReaSnow S1? please provide the specific model and producer.
PS: All peripheral should be connected to ReaSnow S1 first, before connecting it to a game console.
2.which config has been activated in ReaSnow S1 when you are facing this trouble?
3.A video to show us your trouble will be better

You didn't understand me.  S1 is working normally.  I play with keyboard and mouse connected to S1, and then to Computer.  To have computer aiming assistance using keyboard and mouse.  What I need is the following: From the COD VANGUARD preset with the buttons!  There are the presets for several keyboard and mouse games.  I've updated the S1 to the latest version available.  More does not have YOUR RESET of.  Cod Vanguard game for keyboard and mouse on Computer!

yes, That.
 because I already tested the Cod Mw 2019 settings and others and it didn't work well.
I would like a proper configuration for the VANGUARD.
