C1 and D1 have totally different functions.

You can use S1+C1 on PS5 for typing, like entering passwords, chatting, etc.
But remember, you need to let S1 work on PS5 first. You can refer to this doc: http://www.reasnow.com/download/ReaSnowApp/workarounds%20for%20PS5.pdf
