How to use ps3 navigator on crosshair?

I plugged my navitor in but the cross hair doesnt rcognize it?

Okay its connected but the analog stick movements (right & left)of the playstation navigator isnt recognized in game only in menus!!!???

please try the following steps:
1. have all connected to your console properly
2. then power up your console by the power button on console

if this can't help you, then we might some more details of yours.

I tried on both of my console PS4 & xbox360 evry thing is connected properly and then power up the conosole and the navigator is working & full functioning only in game menu's (4 directions of the analog stick)but when a match starts is still workin but i can only go /move forward and backward no left & right..

2. Cross Hair hardware version
3. you console and game
4. which config has been activated in cross hair?
5. and your settings in this config

Crosshair hardware version? How i suppose to know nothing is written on the device
